Conversations at Inside A Dog

Week 1 of being writer in residence over at Inside A Dog (State Library of Victoria) was a lot of fun.

Topics covered:

Still plenty of time to join the conversation on any or all topics.

Next week, I’ll talk about how the Australian cover for Shadows came about (among other things).

Meanwhile, I had fun at Angus & Robertson Victoria Point this morning. Huge thanks to Stephanie, Bianca and Allison – and everyone who chatted with me/bought a copy of Shadows.

I’ll be at Angus & Robertson Riverlink (Ipswich) next Saturday 10.30am – 12.30pm.

About Me

I’m the author of the Rephaim series and The Undercurrent.

For my day job, I’m a writer-journalist-professional communicator, where my writing involves a lot less profanity.

I grew up in regional South Australia and now live in the Scenic Rim with my husband and a retired greyhound.

If you’re interested in how I came to land a publishing deal, you can read the short version in this post from August 2011. There’s a longer version (in a guest post) here.
